Marketing Person/Administrator – Part Time or Full Time 

Our busy and friendly office requires an excellent marketing and administration person.

The qualities we are looking for include being pro-active, very organised, have good PC skills, have experience in dealing with customers in a professional manner, the ability to work to deadlines, producing reports and multi-tasking.  A knowledge of working within the sales environment section of Sage 50 Accountancy Package would be required.

Marketing duties include telemarketing from existing databases, electronic mailshots, customer satisfaction surveys and website/social networking updates.

Administration duties include ordering stock to specific deadlines, processing sales orders within Sage 50, liaising with colleagues and customers to fulfill project delivery deadlines, stock control, handling repair and warranty issues and other general office duties.

Mediascape are in the exciting audio visual and videoconferencing industry and are looking for a team player who wants to be involved in a fast growing dynamic company.

Package commensurate with experience and skills.
