Employee Ownership Podcast
Mediascape co-founders Angus and Shona Knight were recently featured on the Employee Ownership Podcast, a podcast series created by Scottish Enterprise and Co-operative Development Scotland that explores how different businesses across the country have adapted to an employee-owned model.
Featuring on Episode 17 of the series, Angus and Shona explain the decision behind making the transition to employee ownership for Mediascape. Also featured on the podcast is legal expert Bruce Farquhar from Anderson Strathern, who was part of the transition team and shares details on the ownership deal itself.
