Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are:
  • Unopened and unused
  • In original manufacturer packaging
  • In resaleable condition
  • Free from installation marks, damage, or tampering
Non‑returnable items:
  • Software licences & activation keys
  • Special‑order or custom items
  • Items that have been installed, powered on, or used
  • Clearance, end‑of‑line, or bespoke goods

2. Faulty or DOA Items

  • Faulty products are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty or distributor fault‑return process.
  • A technical assessment may be required prior to approval.
  • Replacements or repairs follow supplier lead times.

3. Restocking Fees

Returnable items may incur a restocking fee between 10% and 20%, depending on the manufacturer or distributor’s policy.
This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and supplier handling charges.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • Mediascape does not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit—customers should use an insured and trackable service.

5. Step‑by‑Step Return Process

  1. Email orders@mediascape.ltd.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) and instructions.
  3. Customers must package items securely to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Once received, items are inspected by Mediascape or the supplying distributor.
  5. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection approval.
  6. Restocking fees (if applicable) are deducted from the refund amount.

6. Inspection Before Refund

Refunds are only issued after a successful inspection confirming:
  • The product is unused
  • Packaging is intact
  • All accessories are present
  • No signs of installation, damage, or tampering
If an item fails inspection, it will be returned to the customer at their cost.
