Shipping Policy
1. Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day.
- In the event of supplier delays, customers will be notified promptly.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery options within the UK:
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days)
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days) — available upon request and subject to quotation.
- Pallet / Large-Format Freight Delivery for oversized AV equipment such as large displays, interactive panels, LED walls, racks, and multi-unit shipments.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on courier availability, destination, and distributor stock.
3. Large-Format & Pallet Delivery Requirements
For safety and successful delivery of commercial AV goods:
- The customer must ensure suitable access, including doorway height/width, lifts, loading bay access, and safe drop points.
- Pallet deliveries are kerbside only unless otherwise arranged.
- Failed or refused deliveries may incur redelivery or restocking fees.
4. Tracking & Delivery Communication
- Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped.
- Customers should not contact couriers directly, as this may delay resolution—please contact Mediascape support for delivery queries.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
- All delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- Damage claims must include photographic evidence of packaging and the item.
6. International Shipping
International shipping is not currently offered.
